Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please follow our simple process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack Your Item: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging or equivalent to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the Item: Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired replacement when you contact our customer service team. We will process your exchange promptly upon receiving the returned item.
Warranty Information
We stand behind the quality of our furniture and offer a 5-year warranty on all our products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
