If you still wish to return a product, you can do so within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in 'as new' condition and in its original packaging. Please note that you will need to cover the return shipping cost.

Return Conditions
You are responsible for ensuring that returned products meet the following conditions:
- **Returns Period:** Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- **Return Shipping Fees:** You are responsible for all shipping fees and costs.
- **Product Condition:** Products must be in 'as new' condition, with no signs of wear, tear, or damage. We cannot accept returns for items that are not in sellable condition.
- **Packaging:** Products must be completely disassembled and returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including all product stickers, tickets, and tags. A damage fee may apply if the original packaging is not returned, or if goods or packaging are damaged or missing parts.
- **Return Documents:** Include a copy of the original order invoice with the returned products.
- **Excluded Products:** Custom orders and bulk orders of more than one desk or multiples of three or more of any other items are not eligible for return.
Incorrect/Damaged/Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, is missing parts, or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Provide photo or video evidence of the issue, and we will cover the return shipping fees and costs to provide a replacement or refund.
