We believe in transparent pricing. We don't hide shipping fees within the product price under the guise of free shipping. This helps us communicate the true value of our products to customers.

Standard Pieces: 

• Expect your piece to ship within 5 to 8 business days from point of purchase. Our products are truly made by hand to order and we won't sacrifice quality to decrease lead times.

Custom Pieces: 

• We will discuss lead times throughout the process of creating your custom piece and what to expect.

Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building. If you are considering a return please request to keep the packaging.
