Shipping & Delivery Information

At Cooke Haus, we are committed to delivering our handcrafted furniture with care, using a range of trusted shipping options, including small parcel, LTL (Less-than-Truckload), and custom couriers. Each method is selected to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly.

Shipping Cost: Calculated based on the size of your order, number of items, and delivery distance from our workshop.

Crafting Time: Please allow up to 1 week for your item to be crafted.

Transit Time: Once your item is completed, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Returns & Refund Policy

We believe in the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That's why we offer a 30-day no-fault return policy for your peace of mind. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt.

Additional Information

Delivery Areas: We proudly ship to all 50 states within the United States.

Tracking: Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing your shipment's tracking information.

Custom Orders: Custom orders may require additional crafting time. We will keep you informed every step of the way.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the USA and Canada. There are a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut.

What are your shipping options?

We believe in transparent pricing. We don't hide shipping fees within the product price under the guise of free shipping. This helps us communicate the true value of our products to customers.

When will my order be delivered?

For in-stock orders, standard shipping is an estimated 2-4 weeks in transit.
For custom orders, lead time is an estimated 24-26 weeks. This estimated time frame is an all-encompassing lead time from the start of production to delivery. For more information about our Custom Order Policy, please see the Store Policy page here.

Standard shipping includes delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building. For White Glove delivery, shipping is an estimated 2-5 weeks in transit. White Glove service includes a delivery appointment, inside delivery up to 1 flight of stairs, placement, and removal of large packaging materials. If you are considering a return, please request to keep the packaging.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product, you can notify us via the contact form on our Contact Us page, and our team will provide all of the details for initiating a return. Products need to be returned within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date in original packaging and in like-new condition to be accepted.
